THE CRAIG BUNDAY AFTERNOON SHOW

Our radio show is a light-hearted look at life, including music, mirth, and mayhem. Guy Garvey pops in to ask the time, Dwayne sometimes gives us DIY tips and hosts the afternoon mobile disco on Friday's - there's a wry look at life as well as a supporting cast of characters. There is also community news, and our weekly gig guide, Jo Feather's 'What's Happening In Peterborough Over The Weekend That You Should Know About' and movie news.

Plus audience participation - so tell us about your day, guess the song for My Lost CD, and win prizes on The Amazing Afternoon Giveaway. But please, no ‘Coldplay’ or ‘The Beatles’ – we’re a family show. Ring the studio on 01733 237525 or email studio@pcrfm.co.uk

This week, five facts about France
1. The capital of France is Paris, home of painting, literature and Blackpool Tower.
2. The national dish of France is the Croissant, which translated means 'funny shaped bread roll.
3. Many French words mean the same in English, such as Deja Vu, Daiper, Toilet, Deja Vu, Hippopotamus and Orange Squash.
4. Conversely, most sporting phrases in English have no French Equivalent, such as Rugby, Tennis, Football, Fair Play and Ping Pong.
5. French pop music was invented in 1972 by Sacha Baron Cohen, and remains to this day largly incomprehensible.
